Auto Inspection Guidelines



*Either you or your appointed representative must beavailable to partake in the inspection of your  vehicle at pick-up and delivery.

*Either you or your appointed representative are required the bill of lading detailing and acknowledging your vehicles condition at the time of pick-up and delivery.

*Either you or your appointed representative should validate your automobiles condition prior to the auto transport driver departing for your destination.

*Your vehicles body condition will be documented on the bill of lading prior to transit and at the time of delivery by your carrier. Both yours and your drivers signature is required as acknowledgment and acceptance of the documented condition of your automobile.

*Obvious damage to your vehicle will be noted on the bill of lading prior to transit. In the unfortunate event that your vehicle received damages during transit, such should be noted on the bill of lading. This documentation should take place at the time of acceptance of your vehicle delivery and acknowledged in writing by your carrier driver. Again both signatures are required for insurance purposes.
